CONSTITUTION:The green-color emitting picture element consists of zinc silicate phosphor (P1) which is activated with manganese and has a 10% persistent time of 25m seconds. The red-color emitting picture element consists of a mixture phosphor, which has a 10% persistent time of 40m seconds and is prepared by mixing 50% of magnesium silicate phosphor (P13) activated with manganese with 50% of oxy-yttrium sulfide phosphor (P22) activated with europium. Here, the blue-color emitting picture element is prepared from zinc sulfide phosphor which is activated with silver and is coated with 3wt% of graphite. As the result, blue color emissions are suppressed, and the current distribusion rate of white color can be made much more even than usual.
