Abstract

PURPOSE: To execute application of a fixed quantity without mixing air-bubbles, by installing a holding cover and a plate having plural holes, respectively, for tightly adhering onto the surface of a viscous fluid, and dischargning the viscous fluid by compressed air, in a viscous fluid vessel provided with a discharge nozzle on its lower part.
CONSTITUTION: An up-and-down moving lever 4 is rotated in the B direction by operating a tie rod 1 in the A direction, and a rod 7 is moved up and down. Also, the rod 7 is rotated by a prescribed angle by operating a tie rod 2 in the C direction. Compressed air fed through a tube 25 passes through a through-hole 7b of the rod 7, is uniformly diffused through plural holes 27 of a plate 26, presses through a holding cover 29 having plural holes 30, and an adhesive 19 is discharged to the outside through a nozzle 21. Accordingly, the adhesive 19 does not escape in the opposite direction by uniformly pressing the whole area of the surface of the adhesive 19 through the holding cover 29 which has tightly adhered onto the surface of the adhesive 19, and also since it is not left on the inside wall of a vessel 18, the fixed quantity is stably discharged at all times.
