Abstract

PURPOSE:To fluidize hard-to-flow treating materials by a simple method by mixing the treating materials and agitating materials of good fluidity, and blowing up fluidizing wind thereby fluidizing these. CONSTITUTION:Treating materials A and agitating materials having the terminal settling velocity higher than that of the materials A and having good fluidity such as glass balls 7 are contained in a fluidizing tank 1. Fluidizing wind from a blower 11 is blown up from below a metallic net 6. Since this forces the agitating materials 7 to impinge upon the treating materials A and to disperse the same, hard fluidity is eliminated and fluidization is accelerated. In this way, the hard-to-flow treating materials are fluidized without using any special agitating means.
