CONSTITUTION:When a heat saunce 2 is controlled by a controller 8, at first, consumed calories per day by an air-conditioner 1 is measured for several days to obtain an average consumption per day to estimate value of the load for the next day. The temperature of the heat storage tank 3 is calculated by the load estimate based on a function that gradually decreases the heat storage tank temperature characteristics to the load estimate value for four seasons. The outside temperature is estimated by obtaining the average temperature at a given operation time range of the heat source 2 in the past.
