Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove oil contaminations by adsorbing oil particles by means of provision of natural zeolite, with less iron content, in the vacuum exhaust tube part which uses a rotary pump etc. CONSTITUTION:An oil removing trap has an exhaust tube part in its middle and a cylindrically arranged stainless netting 2 in its periphery made of natural zeolite 1, and is so constructed as cooled with its circumference by liquefied nitrogen 3. Oil particles which want to pass through the exhaust tube part of the trap are adsorbed by this natural zeolite 1. Iron content of this natural zeolite 1 is normally no more than 4wt%, but a one with this value below 1.5wt% is recommended to use through selection.
