USE: Useful as a medicine having pharmacological actions such as antitumor, antiallergic, hepatic functional improving, antilipemic, antirheumatic actions, etc. with slight side effects.
PROCESS: A compound of formula II is heated at 150W200°C for 1W4hr or reacted in an inert solvent in the presence of an acid at 0W120°C to give the compound of formulaI.
