Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate a high frequency signal in a stable oscillation frequency, by controlling the oscillation frequency in accordance with a difference between the first value corresponding to a variation portion of the oscillation frequency, and the second value corresponding to frequency required for a load. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency signal generated from a high frequency signal generator 2' is inputted to one input terminal of a mixer 13 through a directional coupler 3'. To the other input terminal of the mixer 13, a prescribed high frequency signal is inputted from a crystal oscillator 14, frequency of its difference is inputted to a frequency-to-voltage converter 15 and is converted to a voltage value. This voltage value is inputted to the first differential amplifier 21, and voltage of a difference between said voltage value and a voltage value corresponding to a difference between the oscillation frequency initialized to the high frequency signal generator 2' and the oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator 14 is outputted. Furthermore, in the second differential amplifier 26, voltage of a difference between said voltage value and a voltage value corresponding to a normal measuring frequency is outputted, and an output frequency of the high frequency signal generator 2' is controlled by applying said differential voltage to a control part 28.
