In addition, the sub lip 10 has a holding lip 15 formed along the external face of a stopper tip 20 which unitedly extends from the external end 11 of the sub lip to the external side of a retainer R. Said holding lip 15 is firmly bound to the stopper tip 20 with an adhesive.
