Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve dimensional accuracy of the width of outlet of an opening by superposing the first disk member on which plural blades are projected radially and the second disk member squaring the centers, and electron beam welding the position of centerline of blades at the part of contact between the blades and second disk member to one line. CONSTITUTION:The first disk member 1 provided with a fitting hole 1d having a boss 1a at the center and plural blades 3 projecting radially at an equal pitch around the boss 1a and the second member 2 having a large diameter center hole 2b which is concentric with the fitting hole 1d are superposed squaring their centers. The position of the center line of the blades at contact part of the blades 3 and the second disk member 2 is electron beam welded from the outer face of the second disk member 2 symmetrically from the parts apart from each other, and welding is made only in the near-by place including the center line of the weld zone. The width of opening of a impeller made by welding as mentioned above is very high in accuracy.
