PURPOSE: Roughly milled pepper that has been crushed into 0.3W3mm particle sizes and rinsed or soaking treated with an aqeuous solution of lower than 8pH is added to a separate type dressing to prevent the formation of turbidity.
CONSTITUTION: When roughly milled pepper is added to a separate type dressing, the pepper is previously crushed into 0.3W3mm particle sizes and rinsed with or dipped in an aqueous solution of less than 8pH. The aqueous solution of less than 8pH is e.g., ion-exchanged water, city water or an aqueous solution dontaining an organic acid or alkali metal salt, preferably an aqueous solution organic acid with a pH of less than 5.
