Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary dip of transferring paper due to change in a circumferential speed between a photoreceptor and a pair of print rollers and disturbed picture, by bending down a transferring paper path with a carrying belt and guide member from a transferring position to a printing position. CONSTITUTION:A transferring paper carrying device 9 consisting of a carrying belt 9b belted between two rollers 9a, and guide member 9c is located between a transferring paper separator 5 and a printer 8. The paper 7 is fed with a fan 10 by being attached to the belt 9b. Since the friction between the photoreceptor 1 and the paper 7 is greater than that between the blet 9b and the paper 7, the carrying speed of the paper 7 is determined with the circumferential speed of the photoreceptor 1. When the path of paper 7 consisting of the belt 9b and the member 9c is constituted by being sufficiently bent down than a plane E between positions B and D, the variance in paper feed amount due to thermal expansion can be absorbed.
