Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of combustion of gas and provide the long life of a burner plae by a method wherein Li component or the like are added and some triangular exterior angles and hexagonal exterior angles are alternatively contacted to each other so as to construct some continuous rhombic projections. CONSTITUTION:A burner plate 1 is constructed is such a manner that a composite ceramic structure composed of a fibrous ceramic such as alumina or the like, and a silica-alumina clay added with 0.1-0.5wt% Li component and Ni, Mn, Co, Ti, Cu, Fe, Cr, V etc. added thereto is formed, and some continuous rhombic projection partterns 2 with some triangular exterior angles and some hexagonal exterior angles being alternatively contacted to each other are formed on the surface of the plate ceramic structure. With the above-mentioned structure, a surface temperature of the plate may be kept higher than about 900 deg.C with its heat conductivity being less than about 0.1kcal/m.h. deg.C and without any back fire. Due to a surface construction or arrangement having some rhombic projection patterns 2, a high heat radiation may be provided. Further, due to Li component, a content of CO in the discharged gas may be decreased and a combustion of gas may be promoted catalytically by other constituents.
