Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably run a magnetically floating vehicle with superconductive electromagnets of the same polarity disposed at isolated poles by providing a pair of the right and left electromagnets at the vehicle and providing a mechanism for restricting the pitching movement of the vehicle and a mechanism for restricting the swivel angle of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Superconductive electromagnets 3A, 3B are disposed by one respective poles at both right and left sides of the frame of a truck 2 of a vehicle, and pneumatic springs 4A-4D which operate as buffering operation of the veibration of the truck are mounted on the vehicle. Further, there are provided a supporting wheel 5 for receiving the load of the vehicle at the time of low speed and stoppage and a guide wheel 6 for laterally guiding the vehicle. The trucks 2 are connected via connecting links 7A, 7B. The links 7A, 7B are rotatably connected to connecting pins 9A, 9B for the frame of the truck 2, and arms 8A, 8B are connected at the end through pins 11A, 11B to a link 10.
