Abstract
PURPOSE:To accumulate fundamental data with good efficiency by selecting gaseous atmosphere freely, controlling thermal decomposing temps. arbitrarily and providing a thermal decomposing tank and a filter for the purpose of supplying a uniform testing gas. CONSTITUTION:Now, a sample is set in a heater 26, after which the pressure in a tank body 25 is reduced with a vacuum pump connected to its discharged port 9, and an intended gaseous atmosphere is sealed from gas cylinders 16, 17 through lead-in ports 5, 6 up to the test pressure, and its leakage is checked with a compound gage 4. The test temp. is confirmed with a thermometer 20, and the way of the decomposition of the sample is observed through a peep window 1. Next, the gas from a tank body 25 is fed partly through a sampler 22 to a gas analyzer 24 and partly to a thermal decomposition capturing device 23, respectively, whereby the gas is analyzed and the fine particles in the formed components are used as samples for various tests. The data of the analysis of these thermally decomposed products are accumulated as fundamental data of the maintenance and control of electric apparatus.
