PURPOSE:To achieve a semiconductor memory selection circuit possible for high speed selecting operation, by providing a dynamic type decoder circuit and two specific types of transistors (TRs). CONSTITUTION:A dynamic type decoder circuit 1, and the 1st TRQ6 for buffer drive to which a drain signal is applied and a signal from the source is applied to a line to be selected with an output signal D1 of the decode circuit 1, are provided. Further, the 2nd TRQ5 provided to form an electric path is provided between the output D1 of the decode circuit 1 and the gate of the said TRQ6.
