PURPOSE:To restrict the collision of a valve spindle with a valve guide in a moving mechanism in which the point of action of a rocker arm to a valve is located with a prescribed eccentricity from the center line of the valve spindle and to reduce the noise of an engine, by using a spring to incline the valve spindle. CONSTITUTION:A spring 20 for always energizing a valve is manufactured so that the spring has different center lines when no force acts to the spring. A force oriented in a direction intersecting the axial direction L of a valve spindle 10a is applied thereto to keep the valve spindle inclined in a prescribed direction. Whether the valve spindle 10a is in contact with a rocker arm 2 or out of contact therewith, a side A of the valve spindle is always in contact with the upper end of a valve guide 12. Therefore, the collision of the valve spindle 10a with the valve guide 12 is restricted to reduce the collision noise.
