PURPOSE:To make winding of a film smooth to the final possible in low speed feed as well by changing the applied voltage upon a reel driving motor in accordamce with the film winding diameters of the reel. CONSTITUTION:Turning levers 16, 17 are fitted with shafts 16a, 17a to a supply reel 8 side and a winding reeel 13 side, and one ends of the respective levers 16, 17 are brought in pressure contact with the outside circumference of a film F wound on the reels 8, 13 by means of springs 18, 19. The quantity of light from light sources 20, 21 to photoelectric transducers 22, 23 such as phototransistors, CdS is controlled by the other ends of the levers 16, 17. Hence, one motor is driven at the certain level determined by a variable resistor VR1 and a photoelectric element CdS2, and the other motor generates braking torque in accordance with the speed of the film F. A photoelectric element CdS2 changes its resistance value when the quantity of incident light changes in accordance with the film winding diameters of the reel 13. Thereby, the film is wound smoothly at low speeds as well.
