CONSTITUTION:A plurality of capacitors provided correspondingly with a low- order bit of a digital signal are charged by sampling a ramp voltage waveform in the timing determined with each bit data of high-and low-order bits, and the charge of each capacitor is distributed in order from the low-order bit side to obtain an analog conversion value. Thus, the data value mainly provided as the digital signal is specified with a ramp waveform voltage sampled in the timing determined with the data of the high-order bit, and the charge of the capacitor corresponding to the low-order bit is distributed and the data corresponding to the low-order bit is obtained.
