Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a serial binary data for a signal for a local decoder of an A/D converter, by the D/A conversion of the serial binary data taking MSB(most significate n bit) as the head. CONSTITUTION:In a voltage division circuit 10 to which a reference voltage E, clock signal CL and D/A conversion start pulse SP are inputted, after the production of the D/A conversion pulse, voltages of E/2, E/4, E/8... are produced sequentially according to the signal CL to the reference voltage E. An analog integrator 11 at the next stage is reset at the D/A conversion start pulse SP, and according to the polarity of the serial binary coded data D, E/2I is added at the first polarity and no addition is made in the 2nd polarity, where the E/2I is a division voltage when the 1st data is inputted. Further, at the end of the D/A conversion, the output is kept at a sample hold circuit 12 with the end pulse EP and output is made to an output terminal.
