Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate installation, by transmitting a control signal which controls the display contents by using coaxial cable by which the display signal is transmitted to the remote position. CONSTITUTION:The video signal transmitted by the coaxial cable 33 is inputted to a video signal separating circuit 36. The display signal is extracted and introduced to a CRT 34 at the remote position, and also given to horizontal and vertical synchronizing pulse detecting circuits 37 and 38. The horizontal and vertical synchronizing pulses are sent to the CRT 34. The track record is displayed on the CRT 34. Meanwhile, the horizontal synchronizing pulses are guided to a gate circuit 39 and a counter 40. The gate circuit 39 is conducted when the detecting circuit 38 has detected the vertical synchronizing pulses. The counter 40 counts the horizontal synchronizing signal within a vertical flyback period and sends the result to an encoder 41. The encoder 41 sequentially switches the outputs of a setting switches S11-S110 which are connected to the input side and sends them to the output side in response to the counted values of the counter 40. Thus the installation of the device becomes easy.
