Abstract

When the angle of the screw thread is made less than that of the oppsite screw thread and a slit is worked in the screw thread in the axial direction, the side walls of the screw thread deforms by the opposite side walls to contract the slit because of a difference in the angle of the screw thread during tightening, and its repulsive force presses back the opposite side walls of the screw thread thus improving prevention effectively from looseness due to oscillation.
