A transmission member 35 is shifted up to the position where it engages the rotor 5 in coupling to the member 43 while the member 43 receives the rotational force of the rotor 5 to have a displacement of a certain degree. The member 35 is driven intensively by the rotational force of the rotor 5 to actuate a pinch roller switch mechanism 28. Thus pinch rollers 17A and 17B are constituted to approach to or separate from capstan shafts 3A and 3B.
