Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit easy attaching of a titled element onto the surface of a measuring object and to obtain the element if superior responsiveness by depositing a heat sensitive resistance material prepd. by dispersing carbon powder in a binder on lead wire foils provided on a film base. CONSTITUTION:A carbon temp. sensitive resistance material 4 prepd. by dispersing carbon powder in a binder is deposited on plural lead wire foils 3A-3D stuck on a filmlike base 2. For example, a metallic foil of 5-10mum thickness consisting of a metallic material of Cu-Ni type, etc. is adhered by means of adhesives on a film base 2 of a rectangular shape of 10-25mum thicknesses prepd. by impregnating glass fibers with a phenolic resin, and is etched, whereby 4 pieces of lead wire foils 3A-3D are formed. The paste prepd. by dispersing carbon powder of about 300-600Angstrom diameters in an epoxy resin and mixing a curing agent therewith is coated on this, and is allowed to set and deposit in such a way as to cover the surfaces of the base 2 and the foils 3A-3D, whereby the temp. sensitive resistance material 4 is formed.
