Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase strength of an eyelet part, by winding both end parts of a leaf spring on the periphery of a prescribed bush and sewing both end surplus parts into a leaf spring part or weaving a fiber in this surplus part into a fiber of the leaf spring part. CONSTITUTION:End parts of layer plates 31, 32...3N in a laminated fiber are layer wound on the periphery of a bush 4, and then a woven part in a surplus portion 5 is unwoven and woven onto a leaf spring part 3, consisting of the layer plates 31, 32...3N, to form the original mold of an eyelet part 2 and form the eyelet part 2 by the method of heat press molding. In this way, a continuous layer of reinforced fiber is built in the leaf spring part and the eyelet part, or the reinforced fiber is arranged to the direction of thickness in the lead spring part and the eyelet part and woven part, thus large strength can be obtained also with easy work of manufacture.
