PURPOSE:To detect the boundary surface of centrifuged samples by storing round- bottom test tubes and spit tubes in one reck vertically all the time, by making a recess part consisting of a large and a small spherical surface at the bottom part of each test-tube charged hole. CONSTITUTION:In a large-spherical-surface recess part 18 formed in a test-tube supporting member 3, a round-bottom test tube 6 is fitted and held at the center position of a test-tube charged hole 2. In the recess part 18, a small-spherical- surface recess part 19 is made successively, and in the recess part 19, a spit tube 6' is fitted and held at the center point of the hole 2. Therefore, when the test tube 6 is tored in a rack 1, its tube bottom is fitted in the recess part 18; when the spit tube is stored in the rack 1, its bottom is fitted in the recess part 19, so that the boundary surface of sampled centrifuged in each tube is detected accurately.
