CONSTITUTION:When treating the terminal of the core 2 of the coil of an electric apparatus such as the electromagnetic relay or a solenoid, the core 2 is wound on the terminal 3 mounted to a base 4 of the apparatus by several times and fastened temporarily under a condition that the film is left as it adheres. Laser beams 5 are irradiated to an upper surface 211 of the wound section, the insulating film is burnt and dispersed and a conductor of the core is exposed, the upper surface 211 is held and pressed down by the electrodes 6 of a resistance welder, currents are flowed and the core and the terminal are connected electrically. Accordingly, the terminal of the core of the coil is rapidly treated stably, and this method is used preferably for automation, etc.
