PURPOSE:To make a vacuum deaerator to be unnecessitated and to enable to curtail expense for supplement of oil for electrical machinery and apparatus by a method wherein deaerated insulating oil is accommodated in an accommodating vessel having a diaphragm and is transported, and a connecting pipe is connected thereto oil the apparatus as not to make air to be mixed in. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 3 manufactured with an elastic material of synthetic rubber, plastics, etc., is fixed airtightly to the dividing part of the vessel 1 to form the insulating oil accommodating vessel 1, the lower side thereof is made as the insulating oil accommodating chamber, and the upper side thereof is made as the open air chamber. At a factory of apparatus, insulating oil deaerated with a vacuum deaerator is oiled through a valve 4, an air vent plug 5 is opened when the diaphragm 3 comes to the level upper than the center, and the plug is closed after air is vented. It is transported to the field, and the apparatus 11 and the vessel 1 are connected with a connecting pipe 17.
