Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress spring back and residual strain due to forming, by stamping forming a sheet composed of two or more kinds of crystalline polyolefine having different melting points at the specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:Blended material made of two or more kinds of crystalline polyolefine having different melting points (preferably combination of block polypropylene and high density polyethylene etc.) are kneaded and pelletized by a continuous mixer etc., and formed to sheet. The sheet is formed by stamping method at the temperature between the highest melting point the lowest melting point of the polyolefines included. Also, it is preferable that the content of polyolefine having the highest melting point is more than 20wt% of the total amount of polyolefine.
