Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of a low voltage coil of complicated structure in a molded transformer having two coils at the low voltage side by respectively molding the transformer separately from the above coils, and connecting an externally led connecting conductor by passing it through the gap between the separate molds. CONSTITUTION:A molding high voltage coil 8 in which a high voltage coil 6 is buried in a molding material 7 is arranged outside a core 1, and two low voltage coils of the first and second coils 2, 3 are arranged between the coil 8 and the core 1. In this structure, the fist coil 2 is formed of an inside coil 2A and an outside coil 2B. The second coil 3 is formed of an inside coil 3A and an outside coil 3B. The coils 2A, 3A are molded with resin 13, and the coils 3B, 3B are molded with separate resin 14. Thus, the projecting connecting leading conductors 15A, 15B and 16A, 16B are respectively connected via the gap 19 produced between the resin 13 and the resin 14 through conductors 17, 18.
