CONSTITUTION:In sensor cooking, food 7 to be cooked is put on a shelf plate 8, a door 2 is closed, a changeover damper 20 is provided near the air suction hole 5 of a blast duct 18 and is opened at a dotted line position by an operation button (not shown).
