Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the treating speed for a recovered toner and to prevent the clogging in a device by having a toner receiving member covering a rotatable magnetic body and a long-sized filter disposed above said member. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized filter 12 is wound like a roll and a part thereof is un-rolled onto a toner receiving member 6 consisting of a non-magnetic film. A conveying screw 8 is provided to a conveying pipe 14, and the recovered toner 11 fed by the screw 8 is carried to the filter 12, where it is exposed to the magnetic field generated by a magnetic material 4, whereby it is applied with magnetic force. The toner receives the conveying force by the rotation of the material 4 and creeps on the filter 12. Non-magnetic impurities are not conveyed. The solidified toner that cannot be unloosened is removed by the filter 12. The toner recovered on the film 6 is carried to a developing device by means of a conveying screw 9.
