CONSTITUTION:A pin tractor 11 is secured for holding at a position suited for the width of paper P, a cover 25 is opened, and the paper P is placed so that each hook hole in the paper P engages a pin 19 on the pin tractor 11 to close a paper-feeding teethed belt 35 and the pin tractor 11 in a manner to press the paper P against the outer peripheral surface of the pin tractor 11 by means of the belt 15. With a motor run, a rotary shaft 7 turns and a teethed pulley 16 turns in the same direction.
