Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve SN ratio and reducing stroke noise and to increase the reliability, by using a soft magnetic pattern formed in a bubble magnetic domain detector arranged in three stages. CONSTITUTION:Two blocks A, B consisting of write-in line 3 having magnetic bubble generators 2, 2a on a substrate, swap or transfer gate 4, minor loop 5, replicator 6, readout line 7, and bubble detector 8 having soft magnetic patterns D1-D3, are formed. The A is taken as an odd number block and the B is taken as an even number block for alternate operation. The length of write-in line of the A is taken as n steps, and the readout line 7 is connected to the pattern D2 and the length is taken as m-step. The length of the write-in line of the B is taken as n+1-step, the readout line 7 is connected to the pattern D1, and the length is taken as m-1 steps. The pattern D2, D3 or D1, D2 of A or B forms a bridge circuit with two externally mounted resistors. Thus, the SN ratio is improved, the stroke noise is reduced and the reliability is increased.
