Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The cylinder body supporting block 1 is one integrated piece of casting. At the center of the block, a liquid pressure operating cylinder 2 is installed horizontally to accomplish braking by extending left and right webs. Web supporting faces 4, 4 of small areas, parallel to the rotation plane of the drum, having anchor devices 3, 3 of vertical surfaces curving outwardly are provided at the upper left and upper right of the cylinder 2. Other web supporting faces 5, 5 of similar small areas are provided on the narrower ends of fork- like extensions at the lower left and lower right of the cylinder 2, rising up to the same plane with the web supporting faces 4, 4.
