Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which reduces a pressure flactuation of fluid due to the movement of a liquid feed pipe, by a method wherein a feed path to a head is coupled to a path of a fine tube connected to liquid feed pipes, and a section in the proximity of the feed path of the fine tube is set to a smaller area than that of the liquid feed pipes. CONSTITUTION:Liquid feed pipes 8 and 9 are connected to a fine tube 5 in a liquid element 7 through liquid paths 3 and 4, and a head is coupled to a feed path 6 through a feed pipe 12. A section in the proximity of the feed path 6 of the fine tube 5 is set to a smaller area than that of the sections of the liquid paths 3, 4, and preferably below 1/3 the section area of the liquid paths and above 1/2 the section area in the proximity of the fine tube of the feed path 6.
