CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber calls, a central controlling circuit counts a dial pulse signal, and sends its result to a partial controlling circuit 22 provided in the inside of the other station interface circuit 12. This partial controlling circuit 22 analyzes the received selecting numerical information, and closes corresponding 2 switches (l), (h) of a synthesizing circuit 23. As a result, 2 kinds of signals which have been selected are synthesized in the inside of the synthesizing circuit 23, become a necessary multi-frequency signal, and are sent out to the other station. In this case, if only a channel switch is controlled once by the central controlling circuit, the subscriber line is connected with the other station interface circuit 12.
