Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to cope with a failure of an electronic device with a simple constitution, by providing an abnormal temperature detection circuit and an abnormal vibration detection circuit in a console, and controlling and interrupting an AC power supply with a failure processing circuit when the abnormal is detected. CONSTITUTION:An abnormal temperature detection circuit 3 is provided at a location of a console 1 accommodating an electronic device 2 where a temperature rise is apt to be caused, and an abnormal vibration detecting circuit 4 consisting of vibration sensors is provided at suitable locations via an elastic member 7. If the temperature of the installed location exceeds a permissible vaule and if the vibration exceeds the permissible level due to an earthquake, abnormal detection signals 6, 8 are outputted to a power distributor 5 from the circuits 3, 4. When either one of the signals 6, 8 is received at a processing circuit 52 of the device 5, an interruption signal 54 is applied to a circuit breaker 51 interrupting an AC power supply circuit 53. A signal 54 is outputted with a specified delay according to the types of electronic devices. An alarm signal 55 is outputted at the same time with the signal 54.
