Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the electric consumption by intercepting a switching element for a previously fixed period when solenoid exciting current reaches to a previously fixed value for controlling the solenoid exciting current at a low level.
CONSTITUTION: An electric source 29, a switching element 21, and a resistance 22 are connected toa solenoid 17 in a control device 16 in series, while a diode 23 is connected in parallel. The voltage on both ends of the resistance 22 is inputted into one end of a comparison circuit 25, while a reference voltage determined by voltage-dividing resistances 46 and 47 is inputted to another end. The comparison circuit 25 gives an H-level signal to a single ballast circuit 26 when the voltage on both ends of the resistance 22 is increased over the reference voltage determined by voltage-dividing resistances 46 and 47. Correspondingly, the single ballast circuit 26 inputs an L-level signal to one end of an NAND gate 27 for a fixed period, while an injection signal is inputted to another end from a processor 14.
