Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a thermal treatment process, and to obtain a cheap motor core by concentrically pushing and working a plurality of stator cores having different diameters from an article at a high grade and combining the stator cores with rotor cores acquired by punching and working an article at a low grade. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stator cores 11, 12 having different diameters phi and a rotor core 13 to the stator core 12 having the minimum diameter are concentrically punched and worked from the material as an article at the high grade. A rotor core 14 to the stator core 11 except the minimum diameter is punched and worked apart from the material as an article at the low grade, and combined. Accordingly, the thermal treatment process is unnecessitated because the article at the high grade is used for the stator cores where iron loss is at issue, and the cores can be manufactured at low cost because the cheap article at the low grade is employed for the rotor cores where iron loss is hardly at issue.
