Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the composite synchronous signal given from a TV signal generator with the output of a VCO and to perform the convertion of TV signals with a certain level of the power consumption at all times, by comparing the phase of output between a resonance vibration mirror and the TV signal generator and then controlling the VCO with the ouptut of the phase comparison. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating part 4 is vibrated with a certain period by the output of a driving circuit 15 of a resonance vibration mirror 3 to energize the mirror 3. Thus the image of an object 1 can be detected by a multielement infrared-ray sensor 8 via a lens 2. This detection signal is supplied to an A/D converter 10 to detect the period of the mirror 3 by a detector 7, and the detection signal of the detector 7 is fed back to a circuit 5 to give vibrations to the mirror 3 with a certain period. At the same time, a phase comparator 16 compares the phase theta1 of the output signal of the circuit 15 with the phase theta2 of the output signal given from a TV signal generator 18. Then a VCO17 is controlled by the result of the phase comparison, and the generator 18 is controlled by the output of the VCO17. Thus the relative synchronism is always secured between the output frequency and the frequency of the mirror 3, and the output signal of the generator 18 is applied to the converter 10, a memory circuit 11 and a D/A converter 12 respectively.
