Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove an abnorml short pulse, by providing both a quick operating permanent magnet type latch relay which is not released until the next opposite polarity pulse is applied once it has been operated, and a timer relay having a prescribed working time. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse of ''+'' has been inputted to an input terminal IN1, a current flows to an input terminal IN2 through a latch relay contact a1, a diode D, a timer relay B and a latch relay contact a2 from IN1. If this electric conduction time is shorter than a working time of the timer relay B, the relay B is not operated, but if it is longer, the relay is operated. When the relay B is operated, its contact (b) is closed, and a latch relay A is operated. This relay A is a quick operating permanent magnet type relay, and is not released until the next opposite polarity is applied once it has been operated. When the relay A is operated, its contacts a1, a2 are switched, voltage which has been applied to the relay B is applied in the opposite direction. Therefore, supply of a current to the relay B is stopped by an operation of the diode D, the relay B is released, its contact (b) becomes an opened state, and feed to the relay A is also stopped.
