Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance a material yield, to enable to make demolding work automatic and to enhance work efficiency by forming a grasping fin into an engaging protruded part.
CONSTITUTION: By an intermediate plate 18 and an upper mold 19, an engaging protruded part 21 is simultaneously formed to an upper end of an outer periphery of a molded product 20 and, in a condition locking said engaging protruded part by using the intermediate plate 18 and the upper mold 19, the molded product is demolded from a lower mold 2 by mold opening. The engaging protruded part 21 is locked to the intermediate plated 18 in a condition having to the intermediate plate 18 in a condition having an escape space 28 so as to easily deform an outer periphery part of the molded product between a lower part of a protruded part 23 of the upper mold 19 and the molded product 20 by said protruded part 23 of the upper mold 19. Further, when the lower mold 25 is lowered, a movable hanger 27 is guided by a cam plate 29 provided so as to be protruded from both sides of the lower mold 25 to be revolved outwardly and the intermediate plate 18 is released from engagement with the movable hanger 27 to be engaged with a lower step part 26b of a fixed hanger 26 and lock is released by the protruded part of the upper mold opposed to the intermediate plated 18 of the engaging protruded part 21 to demold the molded product from the lower mold and push out the same therefrom.
