Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain exact products from a rubbery elastic valcanized sheet material by exactly positioning a die and a punch after separating burr and product while maintaining their fitted state.

CONSTITUTION: The rubbery elastic vulcanized sheet material in which the burrs are left behind on the inside and outside of products to be punched is placed on a piercing die holder 10, where the burrs on the inside is removed by a piercing die 11 and a piercing punch. Under the condition that the piercing die 11 is coupled with the piercing punch, they are moved, together with the sheet material, by as much as the arranged intervals of products, and part of the sheet material from which burrs on the inside circumference is punched out is placed on an outside-punching die holder 20. Under the condition that the piercing punch die 11 is coupled with the piercing punch, products are removed leaving the burns on the outside circumference untreated by the outside-punching die 21 and the outside punch. Then, under the condition that the outside-punching die 11 is coupled with the outside punch, the coupling between the piercing die 11 and the piercing punch is released, and the piercing die holder 10 and the piercing punch are restored to their original positions without moving the sheet material. These processes are repeated in order.
