Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a fiber planting laminated material for the transcription capable of avoiding deterioration of the working environment due to dusts of adhesive powder and preventing transcription of short fibers except for the required portions by a method wherein hot melting adhesive synthetic resin powder is prepared in the form of paste together with water and a viscosity increasing agent and thus obtained paste is applied on the bonding surface of the fiber planting laminated material.
CONSTITUTION: Temporary adhesives 2 such as starch is coated on a base 1 formed of paper, non-woven cloth or so. Before this adhesives are dried up, short fibers 3 such as nylon are planted thereon by an electrostatic fiber planting method or the like. Then, adhesives 4 such as polymer emulsion type is coated thereon by a screen printing method all over the surface or in the form of a desired pattern. Finally, adhesive pastes 5 which are obtained by dispersing hot melting synthetic resin powder (for example; nylon 6/66/12) into viscous aqueous solution including an added viscosity increasing agent such as PVA to form polymer emulsion are coated and then dried up so as to obtain the desired laminated material. Transcription cloth 6 such as a shirt is placed on thus obtained laminated material and this is heated under pressure by an iron 7 or the like, so that only the short fibers in the adhesive paste portions 5 are transferred to the shirt 6.
