CONSTITUTION:When the insolation temperature ts< the interior temperature tr+ deviation alpha, the level voltage shown by a straight line V4A in the rotation controlling circuit diagram for a blower 2 is obtained, and when ts>tr+alpha, the voltage signal larger by beta than V4A as shown by the straight line V4B is obtained.
