CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 3 is illuminated via a drive circuit 2 according to the communication signal of a signal source 1. An optical deflecting element 5 in which the direction of light or phase is changed with the signal of a signal source 6, e.g., an element made of LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 is located. The frequency of signal of the signal source 6 is taken as sufficiently apart from the band of communication signal from the signal source 1, without interference.
