Abstract
PURPOSE:To diagnose an operation of a tripping circuit when a plant is operated, by setting a working state of plant to an operating state, gibing a simulative abnormal value to a trip device, operating the trip device, and deciding its working state. CONSTITUTION:By a mimic trip start signal S1, an output A of a mimic tripping circuit 12 and an output B of a tripping circuit 3 are compared by a comparing circuit 13, and in case of output A=B, the circuit 12 becomes normal. Subsequently, mimic abnormal pressure is outputted from a pressure header 10 by switching a three-way switching electromagnetic valve 11, and a pressure transmission device 1 sends an abnormal pressure signal to an alarm setting device 2 and operates it. The tripping circuit 3 to which said working signal has been inputted sends the inverted output B to a deciding circuit 15, and outputs a display signal showing that the transmission device, 1, the setting device 2, the circuit 3, etc. have detected the abnormal part normally. Unless the display signal is outputted from the circuit 15 even if the abnormal signal has been outputted from the header 10, the display signal is not outputted from the circuit 15, and and one of them is decided to be abnormal. An abnormal place is detected quickly by periodically executing said operation.
