CONSTITUTION:A separate belt-shaped superconductor thin film 3 is provided on a belt-shaped superconductor thin film 2 provided on a substrate 1 so that the thin films 2 and 3 may cross each other through an insulator layer 4 and two linear barrier material films extended by coupling upper and lower superconductor thin films by crossing under the thick sides 4'-4'''+ of an exposed insulator layer 4 are formed and a weak coupling section 5 is formed. In this way, the electrostatic capacity of an element can be equalized and magnetic field dependence can be increased.
