Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the resistance to input, by subjecting a winding for a voice coil bobbine, a domic vibration diaphragm consisting of a metallic foil, and the voice coil bobbine to the same heat treatment with aromatic polyamide when this diaphragm and the voice coil are joined. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic polyamide 5 is coated with about 20mu thickness onto all of the outside circumferential face of a bobbine 4 which is formed cylindrically with aluminium or kraft. Next, a winding 9 for a voice coil which has an insulating layer 7 on the outside circumference of a conductor 6 and has a melt-fixed film 8 consisting of the aromatic polyamide on the outside circumference of a conductor 6 and has a melt- fixed film 8 consisting of the aromatic polyamide on the outside circumference is wound around the bobbine 4 to obtain a voice coil 10. An aromatic polyamide 13 is coated with about 20mu thickness onto the inside circumferential face of a rise part 12 of a domic vibration diaphragm 11 constituted by molding a metallic foil consisting of aluminium, titanium, or the like, and the upper part of the coil 10 is fitted to the inside circumferential face of the rise part 12, and they are put into a heating furnace, and polyamide 5, 13, and 8 react to join them by adhesion. Thus, the diaphragm 11 with the coil 10 is fitted to a magnetic gap 20 of a magnetic circuit 18 to obtain a domic speaker.
