Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a wire electrode from vibrating by providing an inner ring at the inner side of an outer ring of a machining liquid supply nozzle for wire cut electrical machining and by jetting machining liquid toward the wire electrode passing through the axis of the inner ring from the circumference of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Attaching plates 24 are placed at the positions above and under the material or work 10 and guide attach members 12 are fixed to the plates 24 by threads. On the guide attach members 12, a wire guides 14 are fixed so as to pass the wire electrode 16 through the center of a nozzle portion 20. On the nozzle outer rings 32, nozzle portions 20 are formed. Within the rings 32, inner rings 34 are placed. In the walls of the rings 43, machining liquid passing holes 40 are formed. Liquid is supplied through nozzle supply pipes 38, jets toward the wire electrode 16 through the holes 40 and is supplied to a machined portion 22, simultaneously damping any vibration of the wire electrode 16. When the liquid of low pressure is supplied from guide supply pipes 30, the efficiency can increased.
